根据美国雪茄协会发布的最新数据，2024年8月份，美国进口的优质手工雪茄数量略有增长。

2024年前八个月，美国一共进口了2.683亿支优质手工雪茄，和2023年同期的2.712亿支相比，增长1.1%，略有增长。

美国进口雪茄的主要生产国尼加拉瓜的雪茄数量同比增长1.1%，多米尼加共和国的雪茄进口量较2023年同期增长了7.1%，而洪都拉斯的雪茄进口量相比2023年同期下降了9.3%。

Imports of premium, handmade cigars showed a small gain through August. According to the latest data released by the Cigar Association of America, there were 268.3 million premium, handmade cigars shipped for the first eight months of 2024, up 1.1 percent when compared to 271.2 million in the same period in 2023. 

The best showing comes from the Dominican Republic, which posted a 7.1 percent gain over 2023 numbers. Nicaragua, which is the market leader, had growth of 1.1 percent, while No. 3 producer Honduras is down 9.3 percent compared to shipments in 2023.
