雪茄与陶瓷罐的组合已经有一百多年历史了，近期，美国阿塔迪斯烟草公司发布了一款传家宝陶瓷罐产品，里面装着10支蒙特1935周年尼加拉瓜系列2号雪茄，这款雪茄也是2021年CA杂志的年度排行榜第二名。

这款蒙特2号是52环径，6.125英寸，委托A.J. Fernandez卷制的，使用的是A.J. Fernandez种植的全尼加拉瓜烟叶。阿塔迪斯烟草公司称这种陶瓷罐子可以容纳20支丘吉尔大小的雪茄，预计6月份父亲节的时候运往全美的零售商，售价是每罐255美元。

阿塔迪斯烟草公司的品牌经理玛丽娜·通特斯（Marina Tuntes）介绍说，这个传家宝陶瓷罐既是一件美丽的手工艺作品，也是一个功能性的雪茄保湿盒。它很好的反映了蒙特品牌的传承性和复杂性，它能够得到那些既欣赏精致雪茄，又喜好收藏优雅作品的人的深刻的共鸣。

Jars and cigars have had a relationship for more than a century, and Altadis U.S.A. continues the tradition with the Montecristo 1935 Anniversary Nicaragua Heirloom Ceramic Jar. It’s a glossy piece of decorative pottery that holds 10 Montecristo 1935 Anniversary Nicaragua No. 2s (our No. 2 cigar for 2021) and also doubles as a humidor.

“This heirloom ceramic jar is not only a functional personal humidor, but a beautifully crafted work of art designed to be proudly displayed in any setting,” says Marina Tuntes, brand manager at Altadis U.S.A. 

Each No. 2 measures 6 1/8 inches long by 52 ring gauge and consists solely of Nicaraguan tobacco grown by cigarmaker A.J. Fernandez, who produces these torpedos as well. According to Altadis, the jars can hold up to 20 Churchill-sized cigars. The jars are scheduled to ship to retailers in June (in time for Father’s Day) and will have a suggested retail price of $255 before taxes. 

“It reflects the heritage and sophistication of the Montecristo brand,” Tuntes adds. “And we believe it will resonate deeply with those who appreciate both the artistry of fine cigars and the elegance of a well-curated collector’s piece.”
