今年初古巴雪茄节上宣布的众多新品之一，外交官的chancellors（总理），计划下个月底上市。11月27日，在保加利亚的索菲娜，哈伯纳斯公司的经销商Kaliman Karibe将会举办这款新品的上市仪式。

外交官品牌创建于1966年，是古巴雪茄品牌中阵容较小的一个品牌，也是创建时间较短的一个品牌。推出这个品牌的本意是做出一款比蒙特价格更实惠一些的替代品，外交官品牌有着同蒙特一样的产品型号，比如1号到5号。但这个品牌的影响力从来没有接近过蒙特。

这些年来，外交官品牌的在产型号一直在减少，只留下了外交官2号，这是一款金字塔造型的雪茄。偶尔会出现在一些地区限量版产品里，比如今年早些时候哈伯纳斯公司为经销商腓尼基贸易公司发布的地区限量版Genios（天才）。

这次发布的chancellors定义为常规系列，这是几十年以来外交官品牌的第一个常规系列产品问世。52环径，5英寸，每盒25支。和其他外交官雪茄不一样，这款新品的茄帽捏成一个猪尾巴行政。

目前还不知道这款产品的售价，预计价格适中。

One of the many new Cuban cigars announced at the Habanos Festival earlier this year is scheduled to make its debut late next month. The Diplomaticos Cancilleres is scheduled for a November 27 launch in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by Bulgarian distributor Kaliman Karibe. 

Diplomaticos is one of Cuba’s smallest cigar brands, and a relatively modern one. It was created in 1966 as a sort of less-expensive doppelgänger of Montecristo, with many of the same sizes and names (Nos. 1 through No. 5), but it never came close to the legend of Monte. Its sizes have been whittled down over the years so that only the No. 2 size (a pirámide) remained in the standard-production line, although it makes occasional appearances in Cuba’s Regional Edition program, such as the superb Genios, which hit the market earlier this year as a limited edition made for official Habanos distributor Phoenicia Trading.

But the Cancilleres (pronounced can-see-YEHR-ees) is different, the first new regular-production Diplomaticos in decades. It measures 5 inches long by 52 ring, packed in boxes of 25. Unlike other Diplomaticos cigars, this one comes with a pigtail cap. The word cancilleres translates to “chancellors” in Spanish.

Pricing has yet to be announced, but we’re expecting this cigar to relatively modest in price.
