Retailers in Germany have a new Saint Luis Rey on their shelves, a Regional Edition cigar made exclusively for the German market. The Saint Luis Rey Belicoso is now available at the country’s La Casa del Habano shops and will be released in Germany’s Habanos Specialist retailers this week. This is the first time Germany has ever sold a Saint Luis Rey under the Regional Edition program.

The cigar measures 5 1/2 inches long by 52 ring gauge (identical to the regular-production Bolivar Belicoso Fino), a size known as campanas in Cuban cigar factories. It comes in 25-count boxes and retails for 20 euros apiece (about $20.70). Only 6,000 boxes have been produced.

There are 20 Casa del Habanos Shops throughout Germany and 70 stores deemed Habanos Specialists. The cigars are distributed by 5th Avenue Products Trading GmbH, the official Habanos importer for Germany, Austria and Poland.
